You can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must remain unopened and the packaging intact, ensuring it doesn't affect secondary sales. Once blind box products are opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we confirm the product meets the return conditions, we will provide the return address and specific return steps. Please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product quality issue.
Exchange Policy
You can apply for an exchange within 7 days. The product must remain unused and the packaging intact. If there is a product quality issue, we will replace it with the same product free of charge. If the exchange is due to personal reasons, the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
